Load-in and out times:

Load-in may begin as of 10:00 am and should be completed by 9:00 pm on Sunday, January 14, 2018.

 

Booth Details:

There are 11 booths and all are the same size and setup except for the Premier Sponsor, aixacct Systems, which has a different configuration.  Other than the premier sponsor booth, the booths are not assigned and will be first come, first served.

Your booth will come with a 6’ draped table, 2 chairs and a wastepaper basket. If you require electricity, please let the hotel staff know during load-in.

The Doubletree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld uses UPS as their shipping contractor. The UPS Store located in the main lobby of the hotel.

The UPS Store handles business services for the hotel, including:

Handling Charges:

Incoming shipments:

Boxes 0-5 pounds are $10.00 & 6-10 pounds are $12.50.

Boxes 11 pounds and up are $18.75 per box.

Boxes 26 – 50 pounds are $37.50 and boxes 50 – 75 pounds $56.25.

The Pallets are a flat charge of $275.00 and must be pre-arranged for delivery through our Convention Services/Catering Department.

Please note:

  • The Hotel will only receive pallets up to three days prior to the scheduled event date. If your shipment arrives sooner than 3-days before the conference, you will be charged $5.00 per day for each pallet, crate or item to store the shipment.
  • The hotel has limited storage space so pallets and large shipments will be will be charged $5.00 per day for each pallet, crate or item to store plus receiving fees listed under handling fees above.
  • Please contact the hotel UPS office directly for any questions.

 

Outgoing shipments: Outbound fees subject to any outbound freight/handling charges: Current charge $275.00.
